Shoot Day Notes
Wardrobe
All wardrobe must read well as a silhouette. No green clothing — will interfere with LED wall key. Fitted / structured looks preferred. Marcus Cuffie has final approval.
Playback
Song playback must be consistent speed/pitch across all takes for sync in post. Christian Vartanian managing playback setup. Clap sync at the start of each pass.
Green Screen
LED videowall will display uniform saturated green. All performers checked against green screen for spill before each block. Hair and accessories reviewed for edge clarity.
Media
All media cards/drives collected at wrap. Minimum 2 backup copies. Directors designate "circle takes" during shooting to speed post-production selects.
